    1. What is beTraditional.com's Returns policy?
    Ans: There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at

    The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
    Conditions for return:
    • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
    • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
    • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
    • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
    2. Can I return a part of my order?
    Ans: Yes, you can return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
    3. How long will the return process take?
    Ans: Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service then it will take another 7 days to initiate refund after product inspection.In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the transaction would depend on the mode of transaction chosen by you.
    4. How will I receive my Refund?
    Ans:
    • If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue beTraditional Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. beTraditional Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
    • If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue beTraditional Credits or Bank Transfer. beTraditionalCredits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
    • If beTraditional Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as beTraditional Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
    5. How long will the refund process take?
    Ans: Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

    For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send sms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.
    6. How do I return a product?
    Ans: You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return:
    • Place your item in its original packaging – not the beTraditional.com box
    • Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice
    • Keep the product and the package ready in case of a Jabong Pick up
    • If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly
    7. Do you provide a pick up from home in case I want to return a product?
    Ans: Presently we are not providing this service. You need to return your own.

    9. I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?
    Ans: Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
    10. I want my refund cheque to be issued on a different name. Is that possible?
    Ans: Yes it is possible. For this we will verify the details of the customers over mail and phone.
    11. I am not happy with the product, what are my choices?
    Ans: Before you return a beTraditional product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
    Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
    In spite of these variables, at bTraditonal we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. You can buy some other product from our website of same, more or lesser price. You can even return the product and get the money back. Please go through above faqs for knowing the process.
