    2. Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
    Ans: All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!
    3. What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?
    Ans: Incorrect Address: beTraditional does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will keep the order open for next five days and wait for some call from you otherwise we will close the order and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.

    Refused by Recipient:

    If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept. The package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.
    4. Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?
    Ans: There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 100 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable.
    5. Is there a purchase limit for Cash on Delivery purchase?
    Ans: No, there is no limit on Cash on Delivery option but there will be little increase in delivery charges.
    6. How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?
    Ans: If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card . In case you don't have a NetBanking or Debit Card options please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue or other payment options.
    7. Are there any hidden charges?
    Ans: There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by beTraditional. You only pay the amount that you can see in your order summary.
    8. What should I do if my payment fails?
    Ans: In case of a payment failure, please retry and make sure your Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
    9. Why COD is not available to me?
    Ans: Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
    We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience. To know more, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
    10. Is EMI option available?
    Ans: Sorry, we do not have EMI options as such.
    11. Are there any shipping charges?
    Ans: Yes there are shipping charges and they depends on type of payment COD or online.
    12. Will I receive my order in a single package?`
    Ans: Yes, if all the products you have ordered are under same order id then you will get all products in same package. If you want to have all products in same order id in different package then please mail us on customercare@betraditional.com or call our customer care
    13. Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
    Ans: Generally we deliver on 6 days a week except Sundays but if the delivery of the product is required on holidays then the shipping charges will increase.
    14. Do you ship internationally?
    Ans: No, but soon will start this facility and broadcast for information to all our valuable customers.
    15. I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
    Ans: We, at beTraditional take immense pride in being lightening fast. In case there will be any delays because of the current logistics infrastructure in India today then the customer will be informed in advance.
    16. What is BeTraditional's shipping policy?

    17. How do I track my Order?
    Ans: Use the tracking number provided to you at the time of purchasing product to check the details on our courier partner web site ie.DTDC.
    18. I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?
    Ans: If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.
