    1. How do I place an order?
    Ans: i) select products to buy and add them to cart ii)order by clicking on Place Order button iii) processing further you have flexible options to checkout:
    1. If you do not want to register yourself then you can proceed as a guest
    2. If you do not have any account and want to create new account then you have option there to register with us and make purchase.
    3. Last but not least if you do not want to follow any of the above steps log in as a guest and enter your details on guest page and make purchase. But without registration your history will not be created and you can only track your order with the track Id we will send you.
    2. How will my order be delivered to me?
    Ans: A courier service will bring your valuable products with lot of care to your doorstep.
    3. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
    Ans: Once order is placed you will receive invoice immediately on website which you can save and an email will be sent to you with all your order details and current status.
    4. Do you take orders over phone?
    Ans: No, we are not taking orders on phone as of now.
    5. I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
    Ans: Please try again and be careful while entering your details. In case still you are not able to use your credit card please call your bank and confirm if there is any problem with it.
    6. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
    Ans: Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
    • Net Banking 2-4 business days
    • Debit Card 5-7 business days
    • Credit Card 7-21 business days
    7. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What will happen if betraditional Credit deducted from my Account?
    Ans: In case your order is not successful and has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.
    8. Can I cancel my order?
    Ans: Yes, one can cancel the order depending on current status of order which can be confirmed from customer care. If the order is already shipped then the shipping charges will be deducted and order can be cancelled and remaining money will be made available for shopping some other product.
    9. Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
    Ans: Yes you can place bulk order for sure but before placing the bulk order please send us a mail from feedback section for your request mentioning all the details of the product you need. This will help us to check the availability. I this case we do not provide COD facility as we would need advance payment.
    10. I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?
    Ans: Yes. Because of the current regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.
    11. How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
    Ans: We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-sale-able condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. Please note that all categories are not returnable. For more information please check our Exchange policies.
    12. Do you allow exchanges?
    Ans: Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our exchange policies for details.
    13. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
    Ans: Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
    14. Where do I find my order number?
    Ans: The order number is sent to you on your registered email id and phone number once the order is successfully placed and along with it an invoice will be generated and displayed to you once you had made the payment. Alternatively, you can also find the same under Order History in My Account section.
    15. Is it possible to request for a change of delivery address at any point of time after the order has been placed?
    Ans: Yes you can place a request for change in delivery address at any point before it is delivered to you. But you have to pay the shipping charges again. For this please call us on our customer care number who will provide you details for paying delivery charges and informing the new delivery address.
