What happens to the money deducted from the card?Ans: Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. 7. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What will happen if betraditional Credit deducted from my Account?Ans: In case your order is not successful and has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.
8. Can I cancel my order?Ans: Yes, one can cancel the order depending on current status of order which can be confirmed from customer care. If the order is already shipped then the shipping charges will be deducted and order can be cancelled and remaining money will be made available for shopping some other product.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?Ans: Yes you can place bulk order for sure but before placing the bulk order please send us a mail from feedback section for your request mentioning all the details of the product you need. This will help us to check the availability. I this case we do not provide COD facility as we would need advance payment.
10. I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?Ans: Yes. Because of the current regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

How long will the return process take?Ans: Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service then it will take another 7 days to initiate refund after product inspection.In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. 3. What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?Ans: Incorrect Address: beTraditional does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will keep the order open for next five days and wait for some call from you otherwise we will close the order and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.
Refused by Recipient:
If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept. The package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.
4. Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?Ans: There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 100 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable.
5. Is there a purchase limit for Cash on Delivery purchase?Ans: No, there is no limit on Cash on Delivery option but there will be little increase in delivery charges.
6. How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?Ans: If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card . In case you don't have a NetBanking or Debit Card options please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue or other payment options.
7. Are there any hidden charges?Ans: There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by beTraditional. You only pay the amount that you can see in your order summary.
8. What should I do if my payment fails?Ans: In case of a payment failure, please retry and make sure your Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
9. Why COD is not available to me?Ans: Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

3. What items can I buy in exchange?Ans: You can buy any item in exchange of same price and in less price even the extra amount will be sent you back and you can even go for some product of price higher than your previous order price. Shipping charges might be extra.

How soon can I expect the exchanged product?Ans: If the product is in stock then we will take same time in delivery as in delivering the product first time i.e. 7 days max otherwise if product is not in stock then the customer has to wait till it comes in stock at the max 10-12 days otherwise customer will be informed and the amount will be returned back via same mode as through which payment was made by customer.

3. What payment methods can I use to pay for a gift order?Ans: For gift you have to place order as usual and enter the shipping details of the receiver and send us the intimation about gift wrapping and message through request as title in feedback.

Will the pricing, discount and payment information be displayed on the package sent to the recipient?Ans; Well, No. The external packaging slip/invoice will not include any pricing, discount, or payment information. However, the original product tag with the MRP will be intact on the products inside the package.
5. Can I apply a coupon or discount on the gift wrapping charge?Ans: No, as there will not be any gift wrapping charges.
6. Who can return the gift?Ans: Both the sender and the recipient can put in a request to return the gift item. A sender can return an item by visiting the My Orders tab in his My BeTraditional section. The gift recipient can call our customer support to return a gift item. The refund amount will be credited to the sender's Cash back account.
